President, Bayer Consumer Health North America
Natalie Bartner is President of Bayer Consumer Health’s North America region and is responsible for the division’s business in the United States and Canada. Natalie also is a member of the Consumer Health Global Management Team.
Natalie joined Bayer in September 2015, bringing with her more than 25 years of experience in the over-the-counter products and pharmaceutical industries. From 2012-2015, she served as Head of Commercial Strategy & Operations and Deputy to the President of North America Pharmaceuticals at Sanofi. Prior to this, Natalie spent nearly 15 years at Pfizer (formerly Wyeth) in roles of increasing responsibility across a number of functions including Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Strategic Planning and Information Services. She led the Marketing functions for the U.S. Nutritionals, GI, Topicals and Respiratory business units.
Natalie served on the board of the Council for Responsible Nutrition from 2009-2010. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Lafayette College.
Natalie lives in Florham Park, New Jersey. She is based at one of Consumer Care’s global hubs in Whippany, New Jersey, USA.
