President, Bayer Consumer Health, North America
Patrick Lockwood-Taylor is the President of Bayer Consumer Health, North America and is responsible for the division’s business in the United States and Canada. Patrick is also is a member of the Consumer Health Executive Committee and Bayer U.S. Country Leadership Team.
Patrick has spent more than 15 years in global leadership roles, including positions in operations management, sales, marketing, country management as well as general management with assignments in the United Kingdom, Africa, Switzerland, Malaysia, Singapore and the United States. He has received numerous awards throughout his career for marketing, advertising, innovation, customer service and retail partnerships.
Before joining Bayer in August 2018, Patrick was President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Board, of The Oneida Group Inc. In this role, he unified the company under a single corporate name and vision and led a transformation of two of the company’s iconic brands, Anchor Hocking and Oneida, its organization and manufacturing model.
Patrick also served as Vice President of Personal Health Care North America and Global Digestive Wellness at Procter & Gamble, where he drove significant strategic interventions to address a rapidly evolving market. His leadership resulted in significant growth in both sales and profit over a five-year period. Patrick began his career in Procter & Gamble in the United Kingdom. His more than 20-year tenure with Procter & Gamble included brand franchise and general management leadership roles across multiple categories, functions and geographies.
Patrick has served as the chair of the Consumer Healthcare Products Association. He holds a first-class joint honors degree in economics and management studies from Leeds University and a post-graduate diploma in marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
